When the PMS Writeback Settings are configured, Practice by Numbers (PbN) can write notes back into Eaglesoft. This includes text messages, emails, and phone call logs, as shown in the screenshot below.
In Eaglesoft, you can view and filter these Patient Notes by the type of note, making it easy to organize and review different kinds of communications and interactions.
