How to use RevenueIQ to increase your treatment acceptance.

This is a scenario of using the Treatment section of Revenue IQ to search for patients that had Crown treatment planned and still have remaining insurance benefits but are uncompleted. A common concern for offices coming close to year-end. What will be selected first is the macro for Incomplete Crowns. This will place in the search any service codes that are delegated in the Service Code Sets of the Settings as Crown Treatment. Hovering the cursor over the Any Service box will show a pop-up window of the codes in this macro.

After that is selected, click on Show Filters. In this example will be for patients with treatment plans containing crowns that have not been contacted in > 2 months.  These patients also do not have an appointment in the next 2 months(don't want to include in the report possible patients that have scheduled for this treatment.

Select Has Primary Insurance, Primary Insurance, and Benefits Remaining.

Then what is selected is Benefits Remaining, and the slider is set to $800. To enlarge the images, right-click on them and choose the option to open the image in a new browser tab.
