Task Creation from Patient Lists Without Using Revenue IQ

You can now create tasks directly from patient lists in Practice IQ without generating them first in Revenue IQ.

Like creating tasks in Revenue IQ, you can select individual patient names or use the checkbox in the title bar to select all patients currently displayed in the list. This makes it easy to create tasks for multiple patients at once.

Creating Follow-Up Tasks for Patients from the "Treatment Acceptance" Panel

In this example, you'll navigate to the "Treatment Acceptance" panel on the PracticeIQ homepage and select the "Pts Presented" number to generate a task list of the 43 patients who have been presented with treatment plans but have not yet scheduled or completed their treatments.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Go to the Treatment Acceptance Panel
On the PracticeIQ homepage, locate the "Treatment Acceptance" panel, which tracks patients who have been presented with treatment options.

  2. Select "Pts Presented"
In the panel, click on the "Pts Presented" number (which, in this example, shows 43 patients). This action will generate a list of all 43 patients who have been presented with treatment plans.

  3. Create Tasks for Follow-Up
From the list of 43 patients, you can now select individual patients or use the checkbox in the title bar to select all patients. After selecting, create follow-up tasks to ensure that these patients are contacted regarding their treatment plans.

Task Creation from Any List in Practice IQ

This task creation feature isn’t limited to the "Treatment Acceptance" panel—tasks can be created from any patient list available in Practice IQ. Whether you're managing hygiene appointments, new patient intake, or follow-ups, this flexible task-creation process makes it easy to stay organized and ensures no patient is overlooked.
