Managing Recall Reports in Eaglesoft

Created by Emily McClendon, Modified on Mon, 29 Jul at 9:38 AM by Alyssa Elso

To ensure that current recall patients do not appear incorrectly on reports and that due dates are updated properly, follow these steps:

  1. Set Recall Frequency:

    • Go to the "Edit Patient - Preferences" panel in Eaglesoft.
    • Ensure that a Recall Frequency is set. This will create a due date in Eaglesoft.
  2. Associate Service Codes:

    • Make sure the appropriate service codes are linked to the next recall appointment in Eaglesoft.

By setting the recall frequency and associating the correct service codes, Practice IQ can provide accurate information on Overdue Recall and Not on Recall reports. Without these settings, patients may appear in the "Active Patients that are not on any Recall" report, even if they have a future appointment scheduled.

Additionally, if patients are not set up correctly in Eaglesoft, they will also appear incorrectly in the Patient panel in Practice IQ. Ensuring these settings are properly configured will help maintain accurate reporting and patient management.
