Custom Tables

Here's a way to see a group of KPIs in a table format vs graphics.

Sometimes Providers, Staff, and Consultants want to see KPIs either for the whole office or per provider in a chart/table format vs a graph.  A recent update has made it possible to pull a table from one of the Dashboard Lib pages and customize it with the specific KPIs you would like to view.  Like other lists in Practice IQ, there is the option to print them or download them in a basic spreadsheet format.

First, look through the custom pages for a table you would like to copy.

When you find a table select Add to Home Page and set up the name and provider filters just like making other panels for a custom dashboard.

Then, go to the custom page and when the upper right is selected, click on the Settings option.

The settings panel will open with a section where you can remove the current KPIs displayed, change the names, and change the order by dragging the rows. Select Add KPI to open up a search panel to find the specific KPIs you're looking for.

The next image has a row where a count of how many crowns were done by each provider. The main service codes used for crowns were added.

Below is an example of a table made by Dr. for production numbers and other topics.  If the date range is set for one like Year to Date or Previous 12 Months, you'll see several columns displayed.

At the bottom of these tables, there will be totals of the columns.  Please keep in mind that the rows that average could be inaccurate if there are empty rows from a provider not working at a time in the date range. The calculations for the totals cannot filter those days out.

Here's a table with a whole office vs by provider view.
