Custom KPI Reports by Email

Automatically Receive Your KPIs via Email


To customize your KPI notifications, follow these steps:


1. Access the User Notifications Page:

  • Click the person icon at the top right of the page.
  • Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
  • Navigate to the "User Notifications" page.



2. Edit Current Notifications:

  • Click the copy icon located at the far right of the message type.
  • This opens a new page where you can retitle and modify the notification by selecting the edit icon.



3. Customize the Notification:

  • A panel will open allowing you to:
    • Change titles.
    • Remove KPIs.
    • Reorder KPIs by dragging the rows.
    • Add new KPIs.


4. Add New KPIs:

  • When adding a new KPI, a settings panel will open.
  • Here you can:
    • Set the date range.
    • Choose to filter the KPI by an individual provider or by the office total.
    • Use the "Add Group" option to categorize the KPIs if needed.

5. Save Changes: 

  • Save your changes once complete. 


6. Add notification for the employee: 

  • Find the employee to send this to as an email.
  • Select the KPI update you want them to receive.
  • Hit Save.
