Eaglesoft Treatment Plan Setting

Do not let Eaglesoft delete completed treatment plans, as this will result in them appearing in Practice IQ as "!!Plan Name Not Found!!"


By default, Eaglesoft deletes all completed treatment plan items. This causes the Treatment Plan list in the Treatment Acceptance expanded window to show many entries with the title "!!Plan Name Not Found." These entries will display the proposed, accepted, and completed amounts but won't be visible in the Treatment Plan tab when you select a patient.


 

 


To prevent this, uncheck the setting shown below in your general Eaglesoft settings.
