How to see the results of the Assigned Tasks.
Click on the "Performance" tab in RevenueIQ to get data to analyze the results of Tasks assigned from the Revenue IQ generated reports. Then, select the time period you want to examine.
You will see panels for each type of report run in Revenue IQ. The main KPI is the percentage of patients contacted that are scheduled for an appointment. The other panel sections detail the number of patients contacted and their categorized outcomes and reasons.
Those panels will expand to get a complete list of all the tasks for that Revenue IQ type of report that were modified during that time period.
