Troubleshooting Patient Pop-ups

If you are experiencing issues with phone pop-ups or patient information pop-ups in the PBN Sidebar, follow these steps to resolve the problem:


For Mango, RingCentral, and Other VOIP Users:

Step 1: Update the Desktop App

  1. Ensure you have the latest version of the Desktop app installed.
  2. Check the app version on the Settings > About page.
  3. If you have an older version, uninstall it and download the latest version from here.

Step 2: Check Operating System Compatibility

  1. Ensure the app is installed on a desktop computer running Windows 10 or at least Windows 8.1.
  2. Pop-ups will not work on Windows 8 or older versions.

Step 3: Exit and Restart Desktop App

  1. Exit the Desktop app completely (do not just minimize it).
  2. Click the Exit button at the top right of the title bar.
  3. Confirm when prompted to quit the application.
