  • Add the {{ appointment_event_links }} merge tag to Primary and Secondary Early Reminder email templates.
  • This placeholder displays the appointment date and time and provides options to add the appointment to Google Calendar or download the invitation file.

• User Action Tooltips and Verbiage Updates
  • Tooltip descriptors were added to Delete User, Reset Password, and Unlock Account actions.
  • Updated confirmation prompts for these actions.

  • Users can now search for patients by their email addresses through the general patient search and the communication center.

• Automated Messaging for New and Existing Patient Bookings
  • Automated "New Patient Booked Appointment" and "Existing Patient Booked Appointment" messages now send both SMS and email templates when an appointment is booked.
