Enterprise dashboards offer a powerful way to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple practices. These dashboards can be customized similarly to other dashboards within the platform, allowing you to tailor the information to your specific needs. This article will guide you through the steps to duplicate an enterprise dashboard, edit its page settings, and customize the KPIs that are selected.
1. Duplicating the Enterprise Dashboard
Duplicating an enterprise dashboard allows you to create a copy that you can further customize without altering the original. Here’s how to duplicate a dashboard:
- Navigate to the dashboard you want to duplicate.
- Click on the three-dot menu icon located at the top-right corner of the dashboard screen.
- From the dropdown menu, select "Duplicate."
- A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to rename the duplicated dashboard. Enter a name for the cloned dashboard, then click "Duplicate."
Your new dashboard will appear in your dashboard list, ready for further customization.
2. Editing the Dashboard Page
Once you've duplicated your dashboard, you can edit its settings to better suit your needs. Follow these steps to edit the page:
Click on the three-dot menu at the top-right corner of the screen.
Select "Edit" from the dropdown menu to access the dashboard’s settings.
Here, you can change the dashboard’s name, share it with the team, change owners, and add KPIs, Tables, and Graphs.
3. Customizing KPIs
Customizing the KPIs within your dashboard is crucial for focusing on the metrics that matter most to you. To edit the KPIs:
Click on the three dots to the right of the KPI section. Here, you can also remove the KPI section, Add it to your Home Page, Print the data, Export the data as a CSV, and view the KPI definition by selecting Help.
Click on the “Settings” button next to the KPIs section on the dashboard.
A window displaying the available KPIs will pop up. You can add or remove KPIs by clicking on the respective options.
You can also adjust how the KPIs are aggregated (e.g., by month, quarter) and whether to compare them to a baseline.
Once you’ve made your selections, click "Save" to apply the changes.
