Patient Portal
- History Log for Patient Portal Settings: This log tracks when users activate, deactivate, or modify the patient portal settings.
- Referral Source for OAB (Online Appointment Booking): New optional setting allows setting a referral source for appointments booked through the patient portal.
- Invalid Token Expiry Page: Patient portal invite links now expire after 3 days. Expired links will display an error page.
- Opt-Out at the Carrier Level: When a patient opts out at the carrier level (using carrier opt-out keywords), this will be shown in their patient portal communication settings. The patient cannot edit this option.

Revenue IQ
- Campaign Options for Draft & Schedule for Later: Custom campaigns from RevenueIQ can now be saved as drafts or scheduled for later, in addition to ‘Send Now.’ The audience will remain the original set of patients generated from RevenueIQ.
- New Column Added to Exported Files: Exported files now include a ‘Dental Conditions’ column.

Appointment Reminder Campaigns
- Duplication Supported: Users can now create multiple Appointment Reminder Campaigns.
- Day of the Week in Reminders: Practices can choose to include the day of the week in reminders:
1. With the special setting disabled, the day of the week is not included.
2. With the special setting enabled, the day of the week is included.

Review Requests
- Respecting Campaign Feedback Settings: Review requests sent through the Comm Center will follow the feedback setting in the review request campaign, even if the campaign is inactive.

Action Needed Center
- Multiple Callback Requests: If a patient requests more than one callback request for the same appointment, multiple callback requests are now generated. Previously, only one callback request was generated.

- Extended Date Ranges: Date range options have been updated to match those available in the PracticeIQ Dashboards.

- Message Read Tracking: Users can now track who has read incoming messages by selecting the three-dot menu to view the ‘Read by’ history.

- Character Limit Warnings: Warnings will appear when a message exceeds the character limit or when no message is provided.

- The redesigned patient window offers a more streamlined experience for day-to-day operations, enhancing speed and ease of use.
Quick Action Buttons
- SMS
- Easily send SMS messages to patients by selecting from available numbers.
- A green checkmark or red warning icon will indicate whether the number is valid for SMS or invalid for landline use.
- Clicking on a number opens the communication center.
- Email
- Send emails to patients, either to their email address or securely via the patient portal.
- Icons next to the email address will indicate whether it’s valid (green checkmark) or invalid (red warning).
- Forms
- Send forms to patients with just a click.
- Treatment
- Easily send treatment plans to patients.
- Charge
- Charge a patient’s card or add a new card on file.
- You can also send payment requests for a custom amount or pending balance.
- Task
- It opens a window to create various types of tasks.
- For "Treatment Follow-Up" tasks, you must select a treatment.
- The system will prompt you to select the relevant appointment for "Broken Appointments" and "Pre-Appointment" tasks.
