Connecting Your Office to Google and Facebook for Reviews

To pull reviews into the Reputation page and generate review request links for Google and Facebook, you need to establish a connection. Follow these steps:

Establishing a Connection

1. Navigate to the Reputation Page

   • Go to the Reputation page.
   • Click on the Settings icon at the top right of the review stats panels.

2. Open Review Settings

   • In Settings, select the "Reviews" option on the left.
   • You'll see options to connect both your Google and Facebook pages.

Connecting to Google

1. Connect Your Google My Business Account

   • Click on the "CONNECT WITH GOOGLE" button.
   • Follow the login steps for your business login. 

Connecting to Facebook

1. Connect Your Facebook Account

   • Click on the "CONNECT WITH FACEBOOK" button.
   • Authorize access for PBN to your Facebook page. If you have multiple pages, ensure all relevant pages are selected.
