Settings to configure before starting Campaigns
To access the Email and Text Settings for your office, follow these steps:
1. Go to PBN Settings
- Click on the PBN Settings page.
- Select "Communication Settings."
2. Access from the Communication Page
- You can also access the email and text settings on the Communication page.
- Navigate to the Communication page through:
- RevenueIQ: Click on "Custom Campaign" or "Follow-Up Campaign."
- Settings Page: Click on "Campaigns."
Uploading a Logo Image
When uploading a logo image, follow these guidelines:
- Logo Area Selection
- Once the logo image is uploaded, a section will open, allowing you to choose the area of the logo to capture.
- You can choose either a square or rectangular image ratio.
- Banner Image Restriction
- If a rectangular logo is used, you cannot use an additional banner image.
Languages
Enable Spanish language forms and templates.
PMS Override
Black-out Period
For enabling the dates and times you wish to stop communications from sending to patients.
