1. Practice IQ > Home / Patient Flow dashboard > New Patients KPI panel
2. Practice IQ > Operational > Cell Available
3. Huddle > Today > Patients with Incomplete Info
Take corrective action to update missing referral source information and preventive action to proactively capture referral source data for new patients.
