Out of Sync? How to Get Reconnected

Steps to take if PBN is not syncing with your Practice Management Software


Sometimes, Practice by Numbers might lose connection to your practice management software, which can occur for various reasons. As a result, we won't be seeing updated information from your practice. Some of the most common reasons for a loss of connection include:

  • An update or change in your PMS
  • An Internet outage 
  • Your server was not running


If you check and verify that your server is on and connected to the internet, then we will need to get onto your server to fix the sync.

To get that started, you can schedule a call for us to contact you. Please use this link to schedule. At the scheduled time, we'll be able to give you a call at the office and will ask you to get access to your server. Please ensure that someone with server access will be available for the call so we can reconnect you as soon as possible.
