What to Do If Your Account Is Locked


If your account gets locked after 5 failed login attempts, you must contact Practice by Numbers to unlock it. Here’s how you can reach us:


  1. Support Chat: Go to the support chat on the practicenumbers.com website and leave the email address associated with your account.

  2. Email: Send an email to support@practicenumbers.com. Make sure to include the email address linked to your account.

  3. Phone: Call 866-216-8416 ext. 2 Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time / 5:00 AM and 4:00 PM Pacific Time 


Once your account is unlocked, you’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password. To avoid getting locked out again, follow these steps:

  1. Clear Browser History: Go to your browser settings and delete all history and cache. You can search online for instructions on how to do this for your specific browser. Avoid using Internet Explorer.

  2. Remove Stored Passwords: Delete any saved passwords related to Practice by Numbers from your browser. If needed, search online for instructions on how to do this.

  3. Delete Old Emails: Remove any previous emails that contain links to create a password.



When you log back in, you’ll need your office’s Practice Code. You can get this code from your office’s main administrators or practice owners.


Follow these steps, and you’ll be able to access your account again!
