Premedicate reminders can now be sent to specific patients tagged in your practice management software (PMS) through the Appointment Reminders Campaigns. Here's how to enable and use this feature:
Enabling Premedicate Reminders
1. Special Settings: Go to the Appointment Reminders Campaigns and locate the Special Settings section.
2. Add Merge Tag: Include the premedicate merge tag in your email and SMS templates within the Appointment Reminders Campaign.
Note: The premedicate message will only be sent if the merge tag is present in the templates and the patient has the "pre-medicate" auto tag in the PMS. If the patient does not have the tag, the merge tag will be ignored, and the premedicate message will not be displayed.
