How Patients Can Upload Images Through Online Forms

When patients are completing online forms on the Kiosk, they have the option to upload a photo or document. This option is located at the bottom of the page. Once selected, it will open the device's camera.

After taking a picture, patients can preview the image and choose to either retake or submit it. If they submit the image, it will be uploaded to Practice by Numbers and automatically synced with your practice management system.

To view the uploaded image in PbN, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Forms section at the top of the screen.
2. Select Patient Media from the menu on the left.

Here, you will see recently submitted images. You can also adjust the date range at the top to view images from different periods. You can also preview and download images.
