Service Code Sets help Practice IQ assign codes to Providers and Treatment Categories. These sets are essential for calculating various KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and can be customized to fit your practice's needs.

Important: Be cautious when editing these sets, as changes will directly affect many KPIs for your practice.

How to Find and Add a Code to a Set

Finding the Service Code Sets:

  1. Navigate to the settings.
  2. Look for "Service Code Sets" to open the list of available service code sets.

Adding a Code to a Set:

  1. Click on the box containing the codes for the specific set you want to edit.
  2. A drop-down menu will appear.
