The PbN Grow App has been updated, making navigating and accessing your practice's most essential features easier!
To access the cutting-edge PbN Grow 2.0 App, follow these steps:
1) Update your iPad and iPhone to the New PbN Grow 2.0 version.
2) Ensure that your iPad or iPhone runs on the latest software update to transition to the Grow 2.0 version seamlessly.
3) After updating your devices, head to the app section and search for PbN Grow.
4) If PbN Grow is already installed, proceed with the update. The app will download the latest version if you are new to PbN Grow. You can verify the update by checking the "What's New" section in the app for Version 2.0. Take a sneak peek at the preview section of the app for a glimpse of the new features.
5) Once downloaded, you will be prompted to allow or not allow notifications. These notifications will alert you anytime a patient calls, texts, makes an appointment, etc. As seen in the video below, notifications can be turned off anytime.
Once you have installed the PbN Grow 2.0 iOS App, dive in and explore these exciting features:
Book Appointments: You can now book appointments for new and existing patients from the app.
Team Messaging: Communicate with your team via in-app messaging.
Enhanced Patient Messaging: Send form invites, close conversations, and mark conversations as unread.
Add Patients: You can add new patients from the home screen using the '+' icon.
Enhanced KPIs: Extended KPIs for PracticeIQ and RevenueIQ with more filters.
Manage Patient Cards: You can manage patients' payment cards and charge them from the patient profile.
Forms Invite: Send forms to patients using patient messaging and patient profiles.
Intuitive Dashboard: A new dashboard to show important KPIs from the last two days and view action required and notifications.
Updated Patient Profile: A new patient profile with an improved design and performance.
