Key Elements
Hold Music List: Displays all hold music options that have been uploaded to the system. Currently, the list is empty, indicating that no hold music has been uploaded yet. The columns include:
- Name: The name of the hold music track.
- Last Modified: The date when the hold music was last modified.
- Currently Active: Indicates whether the hold music is currently active.
Search Bar: Allows users to search for specific hold music tracks within the organization.

- Add New: This button enables the addition of new hold music tracks.
Adding New Hold Music
When selecting the "Add New" button, administrators can access the Upload Hold Music dialog to configure new hold music tracks. Here are the settings available:
- Hold Music Name: Enter a name for the hold music track.
- Select File: Choose the audio file to be uploaded as hold music.
Once the details are entered, the administrator can click the Upload button to add the new hold music track to the system.
