The Yealink T54W IP phone is designed to enhance communication within your practice. Here’s a quick overview of its key features and functions:

  • Answering Calls: Pick up the handset, press the headset or speaker key, or press the Answer soft key.
  • Placing Calls: Pick up the handset or press the headset/speaker key, dial the number, and press Send.
  • Personal Hold: Press the Personal Hold key to hold a call; press it again or the Resume soft key to resume.
  • Managing Multiple Calls: Answer incoming calls while on an active call, use the Park soft key, or transfer calls using the Transfer soft key.
  • Conference Calls: Press the Conference soft key during an active call, dial the number, and press Conference again to connect.
  • Transfers: Perform warm or blind transfers using the Transfer soft key.
  • Voicemail: Access general voicemail by dialing 9000 or pressing the Message Key; access personal voicemail by dialing 9001.
  • Intercom: Dial 8 + the extension number, then press Send or pick up the handset to intercom another extension.
  • Recording Voicemail Greetings: Dial *86, follow the prompts, and assign the greeting via the Admin Portal.
  • Handling Calls on Hold: To pick up a call placed on hold from a different extension without transferring, place the call on a park station, allowing it to be retrieved from any device on the same station.
