Payment Processing Fees

• Card Present/POS - Credit/Prepaid Cards (Excluding AmEx):

  • 2.69% + $0.30 per transaction.

• Card Present/POS - Debit Cards (Excluding AmEx):

  • 1.50% + $0.25 per transaction.

• Card Not Present:

  • 2.90% + $0.30 per transaction.

• American Express:

  • 3.40% + $0.30 per transaction.

• ACH Payments (Available End of Q4 2024):

  • 0.90% + $0.15 per transaction.

• Chargeback / Retrieval Fee:

  • $7.50 - $22.50 (varies by card).

• International Surcharge:

  • 1.00%.

• Refund Fee (ACH Only):

  • $0.30 per refund.

Payment Device Fees

• Payment Device Minimum Transaction to Keep Rental Free:

  • PbN Payment Terminal Rental is charged if patient payments are less than $15,000 per terminal, per location, at $29.99 per month, per terminal.

• Castles S1F2 (with printing):

  • $299 for a one-time purchase or $29.99 monthly for a rental.

• Verifone P400 Plus (no printing):

  • $349 for a one-time purchase or $29.99 monthly for a rental.
