How to turn on a Follow-Up Campaign

Instantly Activate a Follow-Up Campaign


To quickly activate a follow-up campaign, follow these steps:


1. Access Campaigns:

  • Click on the Person Icon located in the top right corner of your Practice by Numbers page.
  • Select "Campaigns" from the dropdown menu.


2. Select a Campaign:

  • You will see a list of available campaigns. Find the "Recall Overdue Campaign" in the list.
  • Click on the row for the Recall Overdue Campaign to bring up the activation menu.


3. Activate the Campaign:

  • In the menu that appears, click "Activate."
  • The campaign will start sending texts and emails to patients due or overdue for recall, and it will add these patients to a task list based on their recall due date in your Practice Management Software.



4. Customize the Campaign:

  • You can fully customize the campaign to decide when patients receive messages, how many messages they get, and the content of those messages.
