Description of the Tabs in the Follow-Up Campaign


When you select a row in the Follow-Up Campaigns section, you will see several tabs providing further campaign details: Edit, Messages Scheduled, Messages Sent, Sequences, Not Sent, and History.




Messages Scheduled

  • Upcoming Messages: View the messages that are scheduled to be sent out.
  • Message Contents: See the contents of the messages and whether they are sent via Text or Email.
  • Scheduled Date: The date when each message is set to be sent.



Messages Sent

  • Sent Messages: View the messages that have already been sent.
  • Message Status: Check the status of the sent messages.
  • Days Since Sent: See how many days have passed since the message was sent.
  • Opened Status: Check if and when the message was opened.
  • Link Clicked: See if and when any links in the message were clicked.



Sequences

  • Campaign Criteria: Shows when a patient met the campaign's criteria and was added to the sequence of messages/tasks.
  • Manual Removal: You can manually remove someone from this sequence by selecting the trash icon, for example, if a patient is being inactivated or wants to avoid further contact regarding the treatment.



Not Sent

  • Failed Messages: Displays scheduled messages that did not go through.
  • Reasons for Failure: Reasons might include an invalid SMS number, an invalid email, or the patient opting out of correspondence.



History

  • Campaign Edits: Shows any edits made to the campaign, including who made the changes and when they were made.
