How to Hide Patient Data or Protected Health Information

If you need to demonstrate the system without showing patient data or protected health information (PHI) to unauthorized individuals, you can use the Demo Mode settings in Practice by Numbers (PbN). This mode hides all sensitive information.

Follow these steps to access and use Demo Mode:

1. Login to your Practice by Numbers account.

2. Open Demo Settings:

   • Open a new tab in your browser.
   • Enter the following URL: https://app.practicenumbers.com/admin/demo-settings.

3. Activate Demo Mode:

   • Select the Demo Mode checkbox to activate it.
   • Note: When Demo Mode is on, even your practice name will be changed.

4. Deactivate Demo Mode:

   • Return to the tab with the demo settings.
   • Deselect the Demo Mode checkbox to turn it off.
