On the Forms page, you can access a list of pending forms by selecting the "Pending Forms" tab on the left. This section shows all the forms that have been sent to patients but are still incomplete.
This feature is particularly useful for quickly checking which forms are still awaiting completion by patients who recently received them. You can take several actions directly from this page using the action icons on the right:
- Send a Reminder: Resend the form to prompt the patient to complete it.
- Mark as Submitted: Manually mark the form as completed if necessary.
- Cancel the Form Invite: Cancel the invitation if the form is no longer needed.
Messages Sent The "Messages Sent" tab displays a list of recently sent automated messages related to online forms. Here, you can view details such as the message type, recipient, content, and status. You can also filter messages by type and by new or existing patients using the options at the top right.
Not Sent The "Not Sent" tab shows patients who didn’t receive the automated forms due to reasons like contact preferences or missing contact information. Similar to the Messages Sent tab, you can filter the list by message type and by new or existing patients.
