Payment Processing Fees

- Card Not Present / Ecommerce (excluding Amex): 2.90% + $0.30 per transaction
- Amex Cards: 3.4% + $0.30 per transaction
- ACH (available Q4 2024): 0.90% + $0.15 per transaction

Castles S1F2 (with Printing):
- $299 one-time purchase, OR
- $29.99 per month rental (12-month minimum), OR
- Free with a minimum of $15k transactions per month per terminal.
Verifone P400 Plus (No Printing):
- $349 one-time purchase, OR
- $29.99 per month rental (12-month minimum), OR
- Free with a minimum of $15k transactions per month per terminal.
Important Notes
- Device Rental and Contract Extension: Renting any terminal will automatically restart your 12-month PbN subscription commitment.
- Minimum Transaction Volume: If your practice processes less than $15,000 in patient payments per month per terminal, you may be charged rent as outlined above.
- Device Returns: Rented devices must be returned in good condition if you end our services.
